Golden, CO (PRWEB) June 12, 2008 -- What bodybuilder wouldn't want to spend a weekend learning how to transform his or her average workout into a mind-blowing, blood-engorging, body-pounding, high-intensity muscle-building experience?
Well, as it turns out, the average gym goer wouldn't really.
But people who buy Morph (http://www.IamMorph.com) are different. To them, there could be no better opportunity. To train with one of the industry's top trainers, Mike Ryan, along with iSatori CEO (http://www.isatoritech.com) and Morph co-creator, Stephen Adele, at Gold's Gym in Venice, CA (the Mecca of bodybuilding and said to be "birth place" of greats like Arnold Schwarzenegger). And intentionally learn how to brutalize their bodies and take their training and results to a new dimension. That's their idea of fun.
In fact, the Morph contest was so popular the first time around, iSatori was forced to open up a second round and claim yet another victim? er, winner.
And amazingly, the second round winner, John "Taz," was just as stoked as first round winner Matt Dunn.
A Navy reservist and businessman from Marion, North Carolina, "Taz" said he was "thrilled to win this trip of a lifetime and learn how to Morph his training."
While the winner was randomly chosen from a list of anyone who had purchased a bottle of Morph from iSatori (as mentioned in Planet Muscle magazine), iSatori was pleased to announce Taz as the winner.
"It's always fun to work with a customer who not only likes and believes in your products but truly lives and breathes the healthy lifestyle we promote," shares Fitness Advisor Mathias Hohn at iSatori. "To present this once-in-a-lifetime trip to Taz was definitely one of the best things I could do for one of our customers."
So what is Morph? And what makes someone who would seek out the Morph experience different from any one else?
The researchers who created Morph have taken micro-nutrient timing and release to an entirely new, never-before-imagined level. Engineered using a precise chemical matrix--made from only the purest, strongest ingredients.
With Morph, you can now morph each training session into a mind-blowing, blood-engorging, muscle-building frenzy, the likes of which you've never experienced before.
Once consumed, Morph immediately goes to work. It discharges three precision releases at exactly 30, 60, and 120 minutes. "Dissolution and disintegration tested over and over again for consistency and pin-point accuracy!" explains iSatori CEO Stephen Adele. "We've tested Morph every way 'til Sunday. It starts with explosive strength surges. Next comes skin-splitting pumps and roadmap vascularity. Finally, instant recovery and muscle cell regeneration. You can literally feel each delivery of precise micro-nutrients into your body."
According to users, Morph triggers rapid increases in new muscle mass. "Verified tests have revealed up to seven pounds in as little as seven days," claims Hohn.
"The fact is, no other product in the world contains such a sophisticated delivery technology, combined with the potency of a one-of-a-kind 'chemical matrix' used to engineer Morph," says Adele. "That's why bodybuilders and athletes are ordering two, three, even four bottles of Morph at a time. Because not only is it revolutionary--it works!"
For those who are interested in learning how to Morph their own training, iSatori has already opened up another round. Details can be found in the upcoming issue of Real Solutions for Your Best Body, available at http://www.realsolutionsmag.com.

Why Your Muscle Pumps Have Nothing To Do With Your Muscle Gains
Your back is firmly planted on the bench as you wrap your chalked hands around the cold, steel bar. Your training partner helps you un-rack the weight as you power the bar up and down, squeezing your chest and triceps on each grueling rep. You complete your 6 repetitions, re-rack the bar and stand up.
Your chest feels tight and engorged with blood. You take a look in the mirror, thrilled with how full and vascular your pecs appear. You feel strong, powerful, healthy and motivated to blast through the rest of your workout with your newly achieved “pump”.
Let’s face it, a pump feels incredible. For those of you who aren’t quite sure what I’m talking about, a pump is the feeling that you get as blood becomes trapped inside your muscle tissue as a result of resistance training. The muscles will swell up and increase in size, vascularity and tightness.
There is certainly nothing wrong with achieving a pump in the gym, and it is simply a natural result of intense weight training. However, contrary to what the majority of weightlifters may think, a pump is in no way indicative of a successful workout. Anyone who uses the intensity of their pump as a gauge for the effectiveness of their workout is making a costly error.
On countless occasions I've heard lifters raving about the massive pumps they get in the gym as they share methods for achieving the best pump possible. "Dude, this will give you a crazy pump!" If you have already been working out for a decent amount of time then you know exactly what I'm talking about. While a pump does feel extremely satisfying, just remember that it means very little in terms of muscle stimulation and growth.
A pump is simply the result of extra blood within the muscle tissue. Think of it this way: if I took a pair of 10 pound dumbbells and performed 300 reps of a bench press movement, I would achieve an incredible pump. If muscle pumps meant muscle growth, then super light weight, ultra high rep programs would be the most effective way to grow. Any serious lifter with half a brain knows that this simply is not the case.
Do you want to know how to truly gauge the success of a workout? Here it is…
Take your workout records (in terms of weight and reps) from the previous week and compare it to the current week. Did you improve? Were you able to either increase the resistance slightly on each exercise, or perform an extra rep or two?
If so, you had a successful workout, regardless of how much blood you were able to pump into your muscle tissue.
Building muscle mass and strength is all about training with 100% intensity on every given set and then striving to improve from week to week. If you are able to consistently achieve this, your muscle size and strength will increase faster than you ever thought possible, with or without a pump.
I hope this article cleared up your confusion on the issue of "muscle pumps". There's so much misleading muscle-building information circling around on the Internet these days that it can sometimes be impossible to know who to listen to.
